I am approaching the end of my first 8-week block with Fiona and have enjoyed every minute. She’s paid attention to my goals and seems to have sussed out what makes me tic. By doing this she’s worked me hard while making it fun and I’m delighted by the results! Not only am I fitter but I have much more energy and my general health has been better. Fiona is a great person to spend time with- her enthusiasm and positivity are truly infectious. I would wholeheartedly recommend her as a personal trainer.

My friend and I have just finished our first 6 weeks training together with Fiona. I have noticed a big change to my cardio, strength and toning already. Fiona has a very positive way of motivating you while pushing you to your limits at the same time! This has been the kick start I needed to get back into workouts. Really looking forward to our second block.

I am so grateful to Fiona for helping me to get back in shape after having a baby and build my confidence again. I’ve never had a personal trainer before so didn’t know what to expect and felt nervous, but Fiona is so professional and really took on board what I liked/didn’t like and got me to try new things. I have just completed my first ever 5km park run today which would never have been possible if it weren’t for Fiona. I had 6 weekly sessions with Fiona and stuck to my training plan. I highly recommend Fiona to anyone who either wants to improve their fitness/strength, or if you are stuck in a fitness rut and looking for a change. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fit and Fabulous. When I started with Fiona I was constantly feeling tired and just put it down to trying to balance work and family life. If I tried to diet I would become very lightheaded and had no energy to exercise and if I exercised I thought it gave me an excuse to overindulge. Fiona has taught me how to get the balance between nutrition and fitness right and I feel so much better for it – I’ve lost in inches and although I’m busier than ever I have so much more energy. She is a pleasure to work with and a truly inspirational person – keep up the good work Fiona!
